Cowboy Chili

Fight the Chill with Chili

It is -10 degrees out right now, and it feels like -50 outside. I want to curl up in a ball, read a good novel, and eat this cowboy chili all day long!

Brought to you by my very good friend Danni Beer of the United States Cattlemen's Association

Cowboy Chili:

1 -1/2 lbs. Hamburger
1/2 medium onion
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans chili beans
chili powder to taste

Brown burger with onion. Season with salt & pepper. Add the cans of tomatoes & beans. Let simmer. Add chili powder to taste.
Serve with cheese, sour cream, corn chips or crackers.
Great on a cold day in January!
