Decision-Making Women!

Did you know women make 80% of all decisions in the average American household? Cool huh? I certainly thought so. Among these decisions are selecting meals to feed their families. What are women choosing to put on the dinner table?

Many are choosing beef time and time again. The decision to provide a safe and wholesome meal by selecting beef is an important one. So important, that American women wish to share this secret with Japanese women.

The U.S. Meat Export Federation issued a press release announcing that Japanese women are the target of a four-part advertising campaign it has created, showing the careers and home lives of American women who are actively involved in the U.S. beef industry. According to the release, these ads endorse U.S. beef as a safe, wholesome and delicious product that is suitable to purchase and prepare for loved ones. The ads feature a beef producer from the Nebraska Beef Council, a food scientist from Colorado State University, a nutritionist/dietitian from the Colorado Beef Council and a chef from Panzano restaurant in Denver.

With American beef flying off the shelves in Japan, women in both respective countries are clearly making the right decisions. Have you put beef on your table lately? The decision is yours ladies, feed your families right and choose beef!
